I had a really great experience from start to finish in receiving help finding a new job role in the electrical installation industry, I had an incredible member of the team called Amelia, who is a delivery consultant, guide me through the process of finding a suitable job role. I'm more than satisfied with her helping me find a new opportunity to fill, she made the whole process easy and actually quite fun, she's easy to talk to and was patient with all my random questions. In my opinion she went above and beyond in communicating all the necessary information required for me know, and put all the tasks I had to do in simplistic easy to follow information in the form of WhatsApp messages or over the phone just talking to me. Used Rubix to help me find the job I desired and got into contact with a young lady named Rhio.She’s been so helpful throughout my whole process booking me in for an interview day and always checking up with me before to see how i was preparing for it and giving me good advice.I now have the job and she is still in contact to see how im getting on she has made the whole process and transition into the new job so easy for me I don’t know what I would have done without her truly a gem and I recommend everyone to get into contact with her as it seems she views this as more than a job and actually cares about her candidates.
